Accessory Control Systems
Remote-Controlled Central Lock Control Module
This device allows the central locking system of the vehicle to be controlled remotely while simultaneously activating and deactivating the vehicle's signals. It was used by FORD Otosan between 2003 and 2012
- Dimensions: 95 x 80 x 32 mm
- Operating Voltage: 24 V DC
- Connector Structure: Ford-approved, automotive type
- RF Receiver Frequency: 434 MHz
- Current Consumption: 5 mA (standby)
Ventilation and Lighting Control Module
This device, produced to control the lighting and ventilation system installed at the rear of panel van type vehicles according to customer demand, is used by FORD Otosan
- Dimensions: 80 x 72 x 33 mm
- Operating Voltage: 12 V DC
- Current Consumption: 10 mA (standby)
- Connector Structure: Customizable according to needs
Strip Tracking System Alert Sound Producer
In vehicles equipped with a strip tracking system, this sound producer activates and emits an alert sound when the driver changes lanes without following the rules. In case of malfunction, it communicates a fault status to the vehicle's brain. This device has been used in Cargo trucks by FORD Otosan since 2016
- Dimensions: 85 x 65 x 32 mm
- Operating Voltage: 24 V DC
- Current Consumption: 2 mA (standby)
- Sound Level: Up to 94 dB (measured at 30 cm)
- Connector Structure: Ford-approved, automotive type
Electric Step Control Module
This module controls electric steps used in ambulances, service vehicles, and other special-purpose minibuses, which automatically open when the door is opened and close automatically when the door is closed. This device is used by FORD Otosan
- Dimensions: 95 x 80 x 32 mm
- Operating Voltage: 12 V DC
- RF Receiver Frequency: 434 MHz
- Current Consumption: 10 mA (standby)
- Connector Structure: Customizable according to needs
Electric Step Simulator
Some electric steps are sold in pairs and must be used as a pair whether there are doors on both sides of the vehicle or not. The control module that comes with the steps will not operate if it does not detect both steps. Instead of installing an expensive electric step on the side of the vehicle without a door, this module has been developed to electrically simulate that step. The device is used by FORD Otosan.
- Operating Voltage: 18-30 V DC
- RF Receiver Frequency: 434 MHz
- Current Consumption: 10 mA (standby), 150 mA (maximum during operation)
- Connector Structure: Ford-specific
Trigger Module
Programmable module with RF remote control receiver and 2 control outputs for various control purposes
- Dimensions: 80 x 72 x 33 mm
- Operating Voltage: 12 - 24V DC/AC
- RF Receiver Frequency: 434 MHz
- Current Consumption: 10 mA (standby)
- Connector Structure: Customizable according to needs
